Phoebe by Ping Lau is a vinyl doll kit that comes with a head, full arms and full legs. You will also have the choice of either a girl tummy plate or a boy tummy plate. In addition, Phoebe will also come with the back (tushy) plate. Phoebe will measure nineteen to twenty inches long when finished. We recommend our 589 589G or 589E body to go with this kit.
