Rooted with beautiful wavy kid mohair by Heike Politz

Sandie has delicate veins and capillaries that are so lifelike

Sandie has a very soft and matte complexion and has upper hand applied eye lashes

Limbs: Full Arms & Full Straight Legs and she is able to pose in many different positions including standing up by herself. She loves to look around, and play with her toys. How can you resist this face, just look at those eyes!

The Paint:

Painted with: Ultimate Fusion Air Dry Paints which is a paint system that is water based with no dangerous chemicals. It does not need to be heat set or baked, it dries naturally in the air and is permanent. It is very durable and when used properly gives each reborn doll a very realistic complexion

The Skin:

Sandie has a very realistic skin complexion like a real baby. Her lips are beautiful and her mouth is just slightly open.

Many thin layers of paint were added to make the skin transparent and lifelike.

Sandie was painted with many delicate layers of my own mixes of Ultimate Fusion paints.

The hair:

Sandie has beautiful rooted baby brown hair made out of premium angora kid mohair processed by Heike Politz which is VERY soft because it is sheared from the younger goats. The mohair is shiny with a slight wave and curl and very soft much like a real babies hair. This mohair is washed and processed over 20 times to insure the color is permanent.

Rooting this beautiful baby took many hours of concentration as each hair was lovingly put in individually. Her hair can be styled in many different ways, one being cuter than the next.

The mohair I use is very soft and is finished with a lovely shampoo aroma

as if your baby just had a bath. Larry's hair is very easy to maintain and can be

restyled with water mixed with a little conditioner in a spray bottle. We will include a bottle of our lovely mohair styling aid with your Sandie.

Sandie's head of hair has been sealed from within with special glue on the inside of her head so that her hair can be gently washed, brushed and combed.

Coming Home:

Please note that this doll is not a toy and not safe for children!

Sandie will be coming home wearing clothes that are brand new.

The toys, books and push toys you see in the photos are NOT included and used for props and positioning only.
