IRHSP paints and mediums are made in the USA.
These kits are are heads and limbs that did not pass our quality control. They have a slight boo boo or minor imperfection that usually can be worked with when finishing your dolls. Unless otherwise mentioned, it is either a scratch, spot that is embedded in the vinyl or a kit that is missing the eye flaps on the inside of the heads. We will do our best to disclose what the issue is with each kit and will normally include a photo however some of these seconds kits have issues that are hard to photograph.
PLEASE NOTE that of the discounted prices and disclosure in our listings, these kits and parts are a FINAL SALE with no returns accepted. There are no exceptions when purchasing these heads, limbs or kits.
