Ultimate Fusion is the perfect paint for reborn artists and can be used on soft or firm vinyl. The Ultimate Fusion meduims are not always necessary with the colors but there are specialty textures that the mediums are great for. These mediums are air dry and are used similarly to how the genesis and oil paint mediums are used. Ultimate Fusion is just what the reborn community has been waiting for. The paint once dry will fuse to the vinyl and not come off.
